• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We are sorry but we do not serve breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Of course you can do that.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the first floor and there is an elevator inside the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet because there are double windows and there is one room called "cuore" (heart).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a small terrace in one room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No we are sorry.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, but we try to clean our rooms very well.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have air-conditioning in every room. There is no extra charge. It is not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not, but you will find many in the town.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may park the car in the nearby streets within the blue lines (from 8 am till 8 pm you have to pay 1 Euro per hour except Sundays) PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN STREETS ARE WASHED Because car are removed. You may park also in private garages (from Euro 16 to Euro 18 for 24 hours).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Florentine A. Vespucci
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have our own, but there is a bus shuttle leaving from the Airport to S.M. Novella train station every 30 minutes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  We have a bus stop just in front of our building.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the main Florentine one "S.M. Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In the hall, if you wish when we are in the guest house.
