• At what time can we check-in and out?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is situated at the third floor with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are very romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided from us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the apartment has no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is a no smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite Tv in the apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  No, there are no swimming pool.

  On request, there is a garage available in Via the Bardi.

• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car at the Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, also Pisa is not a bad distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can help you to rent a car with driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in Duomo square at about 2 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Florence train Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but you can find it in the nearby of the apartment.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we are sorry there is no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, we are sorry you cannot connect the modem.
