• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 7pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast it's not included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are six floors. There is elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all studios are particularly quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All the apartments are with linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two of them (Penthouse Pitti and Penthouse Signoria) have a magnificient private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have LCD TV with SKY satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, we have not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we have not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No private parking, we have a convention with a garage near here with car vallet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Relais Piazza Signoria is 15 minutes driving distance from Florence airport and 1h15 from Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer can be organised for guests with an outside company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 2 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Main Station - Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we have not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
