| Cancellation Policy | |
Our cancellation policy is 3 days before the arrival. We are authorized to charge one night for any change or cancellation if not respected these terms ( 3 days before the arrival ).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

| Check In / Check Out Time | |
Check-in: check-in is possible between midday and 7 p.m. Later arrivals will not be accepted. Please give an indication on your time of arrival. The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. outside of these hours the reception will remain closed.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. |
