By plane: Peretola airport in Florence welcomes connections flying from Rome, London, Munich and Paris, among other cities in Europe, on a regular basis, being the most important air terminal in the Tuscany region. It is placed only 11 kilometres from the property and can be easily reached by car (25 minutes drive) or public transport.
By car: Once you leave Sesto Fiorentino, where the Peretola terminal is located, go along Via dei Cipresi, Via di Montione and Viale 11 Agosto. You will come to a roundabout where you must take the first exit into Viale Alessandro Guidone. As you enter Florence, drive along Via Alessandro Guidoni, turn right in Via Enrico Forlanini and then left into Via Francesco Redi. Take your left at Via Guido Monaco, again in Viale Filippo Strozzi and continue along Via Spartaco Lavagnini. Turn right at Via di Santa Caterina d`Alessandria, left in Via delle Route and you will end up in Via San Gallo. In order to reach the door of the property you will need to turn left in Via San Gallo, right in Via Salvestrina, again in Via Camillo Cavour and in Via degli Arazzieri. Finally, turn right once more in Via San Gallo and you will find the inn on your left hand side, at number 51.
By train: At Peretola airport you may take a shuttle service to Santa Maria Nouvella station, from where you may take a taxi (10 minutes drive). Otherwise, get on buses number 1, 7, 11 and descend at Piazza San Marco stop. Once there, from the left side of the square, go along Via degli Arazzieri. Then take the first street on your right, Via San Gallo. |
