• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German and Swedish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floor. 1 elevator is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them - the suite has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes. 14 rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Air conditioned, satellite Tv, safe, telefone, mini-bar, bath/shower/WC & hairdryer.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, on 1st floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage nearby, for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Reception we make reservations on request: Avis, Europcar, Maggiore what the clients prefere, the car can also be picked up at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  A. Vespucci 7 km. from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  3 km, St Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
