• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floor we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some room has a terrace overlooking Arno river some overlooking the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes most of the rooms are with private terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes - we also have WI-FI connection available for hotel guest free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes parking free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request to the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport is at 5 km from the Hotel, by taxi is around 20 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request. There will be a charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 meters for city bus.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella 800 meters approxiamtely 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes by Telephone plug or by WI-FI on ground Floor.
