Excellent check out service - We had to check out very early in the morning to catch an early flight and the staff were most helpful.

Fantastic hotel, Wonderful staff and lovely location overlooking the River Arno - less than a five minute walk to the main sites. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful. They were more than happy to recommend and book some great restaurants for us during our stay and even gave us river view rooms as requested, no extra cost. A real little gem of a hotel.
