- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
A rich warm and cold buffet breakfast is included in the room price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors. There is not elevator. The ground floor is also accessible by wheel-chair. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The hotels has four rooms very quiet facing a small courtyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There are no terraces. You can enjoy our small garden court with terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No balconies in the hotel. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
The entire hotel is non smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All rooms have TV set with four international channels by satellite. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, in all rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms have heating and air conditioning with no additional charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, but all rooms have internet access by ADSL. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
A private car park/garage is available with an extra cost. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at the reception desk or direct at the car rental in town. - Which is the nearest airport?
Firenze-Peretola "Amerigo Vespucci" International Airport at 8 Km from the hotel (20 minutes by taxi). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we don't. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
N. 12 just in front the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
At the same distance there are the "Santa Maria Novella" central railway station and the "Campo di Marte" station. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No there is not, but there is one at 800 meters from the hotel. - Are pets welcome?
Yes they are. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can. All rooms have RJ45 ADSL connectivity.
