Extremely charming owners.

The location was perfect and the owners so helpful. They gave us a map and suggested places to visit. They then checked times of opening on the internet.

The owners booked 2 taxis for us with no fuss.

The terrace was perfect for breakfast and as my parents are elderly, the owners offered us some trays and kindly carried their breakfast outside. As we had brought a large bottle of beer from our villa, the owners kindly gave my father a glass and bottle opener(he then bought my mother a drink from the bar). We thought this was extremely accommodating and agreed that very few vendors would offer such service.

Very comfortable with the most accommodating and welcoming owners who speak very good english. A wonderfully central location with no traffic noise. A very good breakfast selection and adequate selection of drinks in the fridge.

Upon our arrival staff were most welcoming, very friendly and helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. We were very appreciative of their advice and suggestions regarding getting around Florence (plus they gave us an invaluable street map). When asked, they also made recommendations of places we might like to eat, which turned out to be excellent! The hotel breakfast was extensive with a wide range of tasty things to choose from - very satisfying and a good start to the day!

Staff were very accommodating - advised us in advance of the time we should allow for not only reaching our next destination by taxi, but also how far in advance the taxi should be booked. They then arranged the taxi on our behalf. Also, we were invited to leave our personal belongings in the room we had stayed in until we returned later in the day to collect them and depart the hotel. And we were able to use the bathroom facilities at this time - much appreciated!

Good value for money; fabulous location - overlooking the river and slightly out of the busy centre, yet still close enough to stroll to the centre and attractions; friendly, hospitable staff.
