• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we serve it in the room. It is a continental breakfast added with cheese, sliced ham and salami, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits in season and yoghurt.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the first floor of the building. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Three of our rooms have a beautiful view of the apse of the Duomo because are very closed to the Duomo Square.
  The other rooms are on the back side of the building
  and are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the apse of Duomo.

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes (CNN, EUROSPORT and BBC WORLD).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and no extra charge for this.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There's parking agreement with extra payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask us, we can help you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
