• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room and include all taxes, breakfast, air-conditioning/heating. Phone, Internet access and mini-bar are not included.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the suites do. They have direct access to the garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV is provided in all suites.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, direct dialling phone is provided.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided and included in the price.
  It is individually controlled.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but Internet access with ADSL is provided in all suites.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but it is available only for a limited number of cars.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest car rentals agencies are in Borgognissanti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci FLR.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Coming from the river bus n° 11, 36 and 37 stops in Via dei Serragli. Going towards the river, Guests can catch bus n° 11, 36, 37 in Via Romana, a few steps away from front door.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Two suites have bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
