A suggestion only: Pucci Suites and their newcomer guests would benefit if they'd put a slighlty more visible sign on the building itself.

Everything from rooms, service and staff was a pleasant surprise! The suite was very spacious and the kitchenette is a fantastic idea, so one does not have to depend on restaurants. As we were there in winter time, the heating was very important and it funcioned wondefully easy. Pucci Suites definitely provided a pleasant stay!

No problems whatsoever, staff was extremely helpful (our regards to Lucia!), checking out was smooth.

A quiet and spacious place, clean, very creatively furnished, warm in winter-time, has its own parking space, within walking distance to the center of Florence, definitely recommended especially for longer stay.

Although the 2nd bedroom didnt have a door it was open plan, still very happy.

We were leaving early next morning and the staff accomadated us with regards to checking out the evening before.

The pucci suites are very close and within walking distance of lots of tourist areas. we were right beside the Pitti Palace and a two minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The Uffizi only a little distance further. We found it very central to where we wanted to go. it is ideal for a long weekend.

Very easy, not a problem to split the bill amongst 3 different credit cards. The receptionist called a taxi for us and it arrived within minuites

One suggestion would be to provide 'extras' to facilitate the self-contained aspect of the apartment. It was self-contained with a stove, sink, fridge, pots and pans. But there was no kettle (so we had to boil water in a pot) and there was no washing-up detergent/liquid to wash the pans and plates.

This it was previously a 17th Century Palace. The building was amazing. And beautifully/designer decorated to a very high standard. They should really promote the fact that it was self-contained with a kitchenette.

We loved the accomodation in Florence. The location was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. The standard of accomodation was very high. We will recommend this accomodation to friends and would hope to come back to stay ourselves.

Very helpful. The staff allowed us to leave the car in the car park for a few hours after we checked out which allowed us to sightsee without any concerns about luggage in the car.

Parking is through a very narrow gate: must be careful not to damage car. Sometimes parking is crowded and cars must be rearranged.

Extremely convenient location to all Florence attractions. We loved it and would definitely go back. Great value at the rate obtained through Florenceby website.

Limited desk hours: 9AM-8PM. Don't expect room service, incoming phone service, or amenities after these hours. Internet extremely convenient to have in room and reasonably priced (5Euro per 24h).

Stylish and simple accomodation convenient to all Florence attractions. Terrific value even for the discriminating traveller. Pleasant, airy breakfast room and well laid out continental breakfast buffet.

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception area, so the cleaning staff let us in and we sat in the back porch area for 30 minutes until someone came back.

The facility was beautiful, the breakfast and coffee were excellent. The location was a bit further than it appeared on the website.

There is a large apartment on the top floor that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen that is very nice.

Our room was on the ground floor and construction on the property started promptly at 9:00 am. This was bothersome.

We checked out early as our plans changed. Staff was understanding and did not charge us for the additional nights.

I was a bit surprised by the fact that it was a walk-up (no elevator-our original room was on the 3rd floor). In addition the location South of the river was a negative that I did not understand until arriving. Further, we found that private cars (rental) were not allowed in the area of the property. Taxis were difficult to find either early or late.

A nice property in a bad location. Good staff but ask about construction on sight.
