• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. A breakfast buffet is served every morning in the Restaurant, or if the guest prefer a continental breakfast will be served in the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Upon check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors in main building with elevetor, 3 floor in dependance no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, particulary the suites, junior suites and the Deluxe rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have a small balcony and 1 Junior Suite has a walk-out terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is also a mini-bar and eletronic safe.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditionning available at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we haven't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But we can give information about where to go.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, a private garage (on payment) is at our clients' disposal during their stay, with valet service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Pisa or Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence: Airport Amerigo Vespucci. About 6 km far from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Across the square, bus n 31-32-6.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
