• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A Buffet Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill upon arrival
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are tree floors, only two suites are on the first floor and the others are on ground floor. The wellness center is downstairs. No elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Tree rooms have terrace/courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only Suite Orchidea has a small bolcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. The all Relais is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have Lcd Tv, with satellite and pay Tv on requests
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dial telephone in the rooms
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the rooms there is all independent A/C and heating around the year for free
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet is available in each room through personal Lap top.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available in our private garden
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can assist you with local car rental agency
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola is the closest airport
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize private transfer on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza della Libertà is the closest bus stop
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Main Station, Santa Maria Novella
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a Wellness Center in the Property, with Jacuzzi, Gym, Turkish bath, relax corner
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. Only a breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your modem with our wifi connection
