• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 11pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The payment of the bill must be settled at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are at the 2nd floor in a building of a 3 floor. We have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are romantic, some of these are with frescos.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In the rooms there is a direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In summer season we have air conditioned without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Near the hotel there is a private garage upon payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the hotel there is Avis and Herts and the Maggiore available.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport is at about 6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From the airport there is a shuttle service to the centrum of the city.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 40 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze "Santa Maria Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, with the telephone line.
