  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 8am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price given is the weekly rate of an apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, all apartments are self catering.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No - It will be calculated by the meter.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ground floor and first floor with no elevator for 4 apartments and only ground floor for 1 apartrment.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms are particularly calm and quiet and the Villa is located in a very romantic place with lovely view over Florence and the hills around.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    They are provided with weekly change.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The apartments have a large garden at their disposal with private swimming pool.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    1 apartment has a large terrac and 1 has a balcony
    All of them have a common garden.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes there is a satellite TV in all the apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No. There is one in the house keeper's house.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No. There are ventilators on request.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Not exactly, but you have the possiblity of dining together in the garden or near the swimming pool.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, and it is opened from June to September.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, we have a parking place.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Pisa or Florence airport or we can organize it for you from our Hotel Villa Le Rondini.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes. There are grocery stores 900m away from the Villa or the first supermarket is at 4 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Florence "A. Vespucci" airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At the gate entrance of the Villa there is the city bus no. 40 every 2 hours.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Firenze S. Maria Novella at 15 km.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, with an extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No - There is one just outside the gate entrance where you can eat outside in the garden or inside.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes.
