• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 6pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not provided.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have any terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV, but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is but only for outgoing calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and there is not addittional charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  All the apartments have a dining area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Every apartment has a wi-fi connection, available on request and with an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby, but our staff will give you all the necessary information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Florence Airport Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but with an additional charge and requests should be sent to our office 4 days in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Piazza Antinori.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Florence Santa Maria Novella (central station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only the small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can as every apartment has a wi-fi connection, available on request and with an extra charge.
