• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check-in is between 2 and 5 p.m. Arrivals outside these hours must be arranged prior to arrival. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It depends on the price in the "Bookings" page.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors with a convenient and spacious elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms found on the ground floor have a terrace overlooking our lovely garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct dial telephones, even in the bathrooms!
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is at no extra cost.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet, but work is underway to provide our guests with an Internet lounge in the fall of 2005.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not yet, but we are working on that too!
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking is available directly on the villa's premises at no extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rental car agencies in the Florence area. Our staff will be happy to assist in making arrangements.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Peretola located approximately 7 kilometers from the villa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't but if you ask in advance we would be happy to help in making arrangements at an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in piazza Ferrucci about 100 meters from the residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella about 4 kilometers from residence Michelangiolo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
