• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price includes a rich buffet breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The heating is included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be paid on the arrival or on the departure as well.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 2 floors. The Residenza is set on the 2nd floor but there is a large and recent elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms at the Residenza are very quite and private. We can say that the whole apartment is a romantic place.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Each room has linens and private bathroom with towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a large terrace available to all the guest of the Residenza. One room has a direct acces to the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms and all the common area are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room has a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning and heating system individually controlled. No extra charge for it and no seasonal time to use it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The Residenza has a large dining room used by all the guests usually only for the breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room has PC plug and free DSL Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are two public parkings and a private garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some car rental offices in the center of the city so 10 minutes far from the Residenza.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci Airport of Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just at the corner of the street there is the bus stop for buses 6-31-32.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Santa Maria Novella railway station, that is also the main and central one of Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center inside the property. But we have a room with a Jacuzzi bath in the private bathroom. Nearby the Residenza there are a couple of public Gyms.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants and Pizzarias nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Each room has PC plug and free DSL Internet access.
