• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet-breakfast included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak English, French, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors and lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet rooms on the back of the palace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only 4 rooms on the top floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephone and satellite TV.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Major car rental agencies are located in our neighbourhood (5 minute walk).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About a 15 minute drive (7km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At few steps from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  A ten minute walk ( 650 mt).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, only for groups.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
