• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes - it is a light Italian breakfast of biscuits, yoghurt, and cereal.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on the first or second floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and we have three rooms with four poster beds and a suite with a breathtaking view of the Cathedral.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet connection in our reception and guests can use our computers. We only ask for short connections.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a garage who applies special prices to our guests. They come here, pick up your car and bring it back any time you need it.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are a lot of rentals near by. We can help you to find the best solution to your needs.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, 15 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 200 mt from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, 10 minutes walking (5 by bus or by taxi).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
