• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our cold buffet breakfast is included in the rate of the rooms. It includes hot and cold drink like coffee, milk, fruit juices, tea, cereals, bread, ham and similar, cheese, yoghurt, marmalade, croissant.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish, and we try in anyway to help and to understand the client.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has maximum five floors, and in every entrance there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are all quiet and private, being our Hotel an ancient monastery.Through all the Hotel you will find statues and original frescos, that create a particular atmosphere. Some rooms at top floor as a terrace.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes of course.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms at top floor have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes and it is a satellite TV. There are international channels one per following languages: english, french, german, spanish.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes air conditioning as the heating is seasonal, and there are no additional charges.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have an internet point that has an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we have a parking inside the Hotel. It has an extra cost per day.It is not necessary to reserve it before the arrival.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near main train station there are the most of rental companies, and the distance from the Hotel is about 15 minutes walking. We have the chance to contact some rental companies that deliver also directly in Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport of Florence, whose name is Amerigo Vespucci, also known as "Peretola", and is at 20 minutes by taxi from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 2 minutes walking, in Cavour Street, there is a bus-stop with several lines. From us to the center is just two bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Main train station, whose name is Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can connect from every room with your laptop.
  Connection is through a cable and passwords provided from the Reception. It has an extra cost.
