• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, french, german, spanish, dutch and arabic.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have four floors, with one lift.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have 3 rooms with terrace facing the river plus Michelangelo square.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Rooms have balconies facing our courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we use HiPort system, an Hot Spots Network that provides High Speed Internet Access (broadband) via WiFi standard.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, on extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the agencies in the centre(information will be given at our reception).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport at 7 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 20 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Station "Campo di Marte" 2 km, Station "Santa Maria Novella" 2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, Pets not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
