• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. It is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You will pay at the moment of your check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All our Villas have a groundfloor and a first floor and there is no elevator. We also have a room for handycapped people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes: the rooms are particularly calm and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace all the rest are anyway in various Villas in a 22 hectars park.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  1 room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. There is a satellite TV with channels in different languages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes - there is no extra charge and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it's 19x9 meters (open from the 1st of June till the 30th of September).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a large parking space.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence - Ask the Reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  A. Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No - only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At our gate entrance Bus N° 25 every 15/20 minutes from us to the city center and the railway station..
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  S. Maria Novella - Rifredi - Campo di Marte are more or less at the same distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request: extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes - plus a Snack-bar in the swimming-pool area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes in most rooms.
