• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm. If the room is available early, the guest can check-in before without extra charge.
  Check-out: before 12.00 pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the American buffet breakfast is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are really quiet, especially those on the top floor. Carefully furnished in all its particulars, in the classic "English" style, the bedrooms are all different, and each one is provided of cherry wood furniture and antique prints that remind the world of golf or roses items. Frescos on the walls feature panoramas of the Tuscan countryside or views of Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Rosary Garden has 3 double rooms with a little balcony and 1 single room with balcony.
  
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have an external telephone line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is, it's seasonal and there isn't any extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not inside, but nearby there are a few internet places open every day.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not inside but a few minutes walk from the hotel.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we do have a parking at the extra charge.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  The concierge desk can provide rental car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Airport is at about 20 minutes far away from the hotel.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A private car or shuttle is available on request, from an external company.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is just in front of the hotel and there are 3 buses that go directly to the city center in a 10 minutes course.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station is at about 15 minutes by car or by bus from the Rosary Garden.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes they are, little size ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Beside the hotel there is a very nice and traditional Tuscan restaurant.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We do not have modem plugs.
