By car
The hotel is easy to reach from the A1 highway: take any exit to Firenze and follow the indications Centro and then to Viali di Circonvallazione . When you arrive near the Fortezza da Basso , drive along the tree-lined Spartaco Lavagnini avenue. Half way up the avenue, before the traffic lights, turn right on Via S. Caterina d'Alessandria following the signs to the hotels and to the Firenze-Santa Maria Novella central railway station. Then turn first left into Via delle Ruote , where the property is located.
By train
The Santa Maria Novella railway station is a 15-minute walk from the hotel: follow Via Nazionale , Piazza Indipendenza , Via S. Caterina d'Alessandria and then make a right turn into Via delle Ruote .
You can also reach the hotel by taxi, easily found at the station, or by one of the several bus lines available: 1, 7, 10, 17 or 25 and get off at Piazza San Marco . Bus tickets should be bought in advance at one of the newspaper stands inside the train station.
By airplane
The Firenze-Amerigo Vespucci airport is approximately 8 km away. You can reach the hotel by taxi or by the Airport Shuttle bus, which connects to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, and then follow the above-said directions. | | |
