• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  All the rooms are on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The house has a big garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No. There are only windows with an amazing view on the countryside and the monuments of Florence (Duomo).
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes there are smooking and non smooking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms. No there is not any extra charge for it. No it is not seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is. On request it is possibile to organise lunch or dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free private parking for the guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  We are 20 minute driving distance from Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bottai no.2
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze SMN.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets and only in the rooms, but not in common areas.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On request it is possibile to organise lunch or dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
