• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per rooms.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 rooms in the second floor then climbing an inner stair you reach the other 6 rooms. There is no lift available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of the single rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All of them.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  On request. There are Italian channels and the BBC.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not. But you can receive calls.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but there are ceiling fans.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is a free internet point
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we are located within 5 minutes from the Parterre (the biggest parking in Flroence).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is a shuttle from the airport to the station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza San Marco (2 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella (10 minutes walking).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small animals are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants within short walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can use our free internet point.
