• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 8am until 11.30pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but the apartment is fully equipped to cook.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, for the week rentals. For the winter months, heating costs are extra.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 3 floors. The apartment is on the 1° floor (17 steps). No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes they are provided; the rate includes: Weekly change of linens for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the apartment, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone, but it is possible to rent a mobile phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an internet point in the vicinity.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The closest garage is Garage Fosi in Borgo Tegolaio, just 50 meters away from the apartment. It is available only down payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In city centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "Peretola" airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via dei Serragli.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella, 1,5 Km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants in the vicinity.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
