• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.Please contact the property in advance by e-mail providing your arrival time.
  Check-out:within 12:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The B&B is located on the second floor of the building. We do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided in each room and in the bathroom.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a terrace but there is a shared internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are not only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but there is a telephone at the reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, air conditioning is not available.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is no dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is no internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with the "Garage Centrale" in Via dei Fossi, at an extra charge. Contact us by E-mail if you want to have more detailed information.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci in Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It is available only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus-stop is in front of the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are a lot of restaurants close to the property and we will be happy to make recommendations to local restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not connect your modem.
