• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 2 pm.
  Check-out: before Midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, American hot buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and there are two elevators in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. There are many rooms with private terrace or balcony and there are also some rooms with a small private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have TV with national and international channels, all rooms have also internet connection.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, each room has a private telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is the Internet access in your room otherwise you can use internet through your TV.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking near the hotel at a special price for San Gallo Palace guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Florence' airport or at railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport in Florence is at 15 km, Galileo Galiei Airport in Pisa is at 100 km from San Gallo Palace.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle from the airport will leave you at the Florence Central Station, from there you can take the bus line 1 that will leave you near the property, or a taxi to the door.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop (Line 1) is in Piazza della Libertà (just few steps away from the property).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Santa Maria Novella", Florence Main Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but there is a gym nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we will be more than glad to suggest good typical Tuscan restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
