• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We only serve a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. Expecially those that overlook the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only five rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are conditioned and there isn't any extra charge for this. Air conditionig is of course seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't have a garage but we can provide you with a private parking in a nearby garage.
  The cost for a night is 23.00 € and depends on the size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception they will help you to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci" in only 6 Km far from our Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't, but on request we can arrange this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The Railway Station Square (2oo meters from us) is the main terminal for bus-lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest station is S. MARIA NOVELLA, 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size pets are welcome in our Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
