This is a very small property and the only person there for the first few hours was the maid who was very nice but spoke no english so it was just a little difficult but not bad.

There is no elevator. Not a problem for me but there were 87 stairs to our room. Would not accept credit cards, cash only.

We asked for a room opening onto the out side which it was except that the out side is a lightwell.

Clean comfortable room, great coffee for breakfast, conviently located to main train station, street markets and other attractions.

Good value for money and in a good location on the edge of the old town. This means it is relatively quiet but there are still good places to eat nearby.Easy to walk to all places of interest. We would return there if we go back to Florence.

Very helpful sraff. Excellent value and exceeded our expectations.
Directions for driving and parking could be a little clearer but the staff memeber was very helpful in organising the parking at a reasonable rate.
