 After some months' work we are very proud to introduce you the new Aparthotel Residence San Niccolò, carefully restored and enriched with all the best solutions of style and furniture, with new spaces and rooms, and with new services.
The Apartments: Our apartments are studio apartments, 1-room apartments and 2-rooms apartments located on three floors - with lift - some overlooking the Arno riverside, some other overlooking the typical red roofs and towers of the town. Each apartment has a cooking corner (electric kitchenette) provided with full cooking equipment and fridge, living area/room, bathroom with shower. |

1-Room Apartment 2 pax: double bedroom, living room with cooking corner, and bathroom.
1-Room Apartment 2-4 pax: double/twin bedroom, large living room with sofa-bed and kitchen, and bathroom. Possibility of extra bed on request.
2-Rooms Apartment 4 pax: 2 double/twin bedrooms, living room with sofa-bed and cooking corner, and bathroom. |
 The Rooms: Romantic bedrooms and comfortable living rooms - just refurbished - have an elegant classic style; in the bathrooms orange and green walls perfectly meet Carrara marbles. All rooms are provided with telephone with Internet access, television, video-house phone, air conditioning and private heating. Complete cooking utilities. Bath, bed and table linen. Weekly cleaning with linen change. |
