• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: hfrom midday.
  Check-out: before 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In Aparthotel breakfast is included (box breakfast).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Residence has 3 floors, with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. Some with view on the riverside; some others, quieter, with view on the florentine roofs.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide bath- bed- and table-linen.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of the apartments has private panoramic terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV in all rooms/apartments, but no sat.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We have telephone but no direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in all rooms/apartments (included).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No common dining rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the nearby there is an Internet Point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. But there is one nearby.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. we have our own parking, or a conventioned garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre of town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus nr. 13 Viale Giovine Italia.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. There are some nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
