• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.

  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not, heating is an extra to pay according to use.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the settlement is to pay upon the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and a little bit of French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors in the building and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartment is romantic and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided and weekly changed.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, it does not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, it does not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is, but there are not international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not: the apartment is in a historycal palace in Florence, with their solid and large walls guarantee a good temperature indoor.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in the immediate vicinities.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the station or in the centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport (Peretola), located about 8 km far from Florence centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, but bus and taxi services are both easy accessible.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters far from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella (S.M.N) in Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
