Had a wonderful stay at San Niccolo apartment - our only comment is that the apartment was rather cold and could benefit from extra heaters during winter months. Otherwise it was wonderful and we have recommended it to friends visiting later this year.

Lorenzo the owner was very helpful, stayed late to meet us after our flight was delayed and gave us lots of info about the neighbourhood

the electricity cut out on the 2nd night - called the owner and he described what we should do to turn it back on, not really a problem,but would have been good info at the point of checking in.

Small details would improve comfort: more than
one set of towels per person for the week,
small garbage cans needed in bathroom/kitchen,
blanket/comforter for sofabed, directions for
the washer would be helpful. Overall, a very
comfortable apartment.

Needed to know where to ring the bell for the 'door man' who is off duty on weekends. Instructions could have been clearer that door man actually lives next door.

Excelent option for longer stays in Florence. Very spacous. Great atmosphere in quieter area of Florence. Walking distence to everything.
