• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday until 6pm, Check Out before 8am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the weekly rate of apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, the apartment is self-providing.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we require a deposit on the moment of confirmation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes they are quiet and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The apartment is provided with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available only in the living room, dining room and kitchen. In the bedrooms there are only fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or at Florence/Pisa airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, 6 km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop 300 mt away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence at Km 1,5.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
