• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German, Swedish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floor and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. The all property is non smoking. Only in few rooms smoking is allowed.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In the rooms there are satellite TV, Pay per view channels, international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In the rooms there is all indipendent A/C and heating around the year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet is available in each room through TV or personal Lap top.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities available with charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Concierge will assist you with local car rental agency.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  It is in front of the Hotel.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
