• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in time from 11.00 am.
  Check-out time is 12.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and of course Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have six floors with two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are overlooking the church of Santa Maria Novella.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We only have one room on the 6th floor which has a 70m² terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, all rooms without balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is telephone line in all the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an agreement with a garage close by with pick-up and delivery service.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Hotel is located very close to the area where all major rent-a-car companies are situated.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport 'Amerigo Vespucci' is only 7 km away from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, shuttle service from/to the airport is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Railway Station or Piazza dell'Unità.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Railway station "Santa Maria Novella".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, fitness center with gym and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, that serves only breakfast and light meals/snacks.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
