They were a bit overpriced and did not offer complimentary anything- in fact breakfast was 70 euros for two people (almost 90 us dollars)- for just one day!

They really don't have in room internet connections if you are using american laptops.

Beautiful building and great location- actually on the piazza. Wish they were less pricey. Their hotel restaurant was OK but not great and also very limited in selection. Better off eating at a local restaurant.

Exellent hotel and very good service. Exellent restaurant and staff as well. I was very pleased with my stay at the Savoy and would most definitely stay there when in Florence.
