For arrivals a day later, departures a day earlier, for cancellations within 72 hours before the arrival date penalty is 1night; for reservations of 5 or more nights and small groups, cancellation is required at least 7 days before date of arrival and the penalty is 1night. All cancellations or modifications should be communicated in writing. For particular periods and small groups, it could be require advance payment of a deposit and give a cancellation policy different than the default.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the rooms are available between 2 p.m. and midnight. However, guests are kindly asked to communicate their exact arrival time.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. Guests can leave their luggage in the hotel's luggage storage room free of charge. |
