• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks English, German, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The Hotel provides with 5 very quiet rooms located on the back available just on previous request. Specially nice are rooms 63 (four bedded room) or 64 (double room), located in our annex, facing the back.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two very romantic and quiet rooms are totally refurbished and are available just on previous request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms are equipped with satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No. We don't have swimming pool in the Hotel, but you will find one in the area.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We are located in the historical centre and parking is available just on payment, in garages or parking area. The Hotel hasn't got an own garage but co-operates with a very close one. We suggest to our guests to arrive directly in front of the Hotel and we will busy ourselves with calling the garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport. Our English speaking staff is at the disposal of guest to help them in renting a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport, Amerigo Vespucci. 10 km, 25 minutes by car of by bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a pubblic one untill the railway station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Outside the hotel or at the station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  St Maria Novella, 250 metres. The central train station of Florence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
