  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check-in: from 4 pm to 6 pm/check-out from 9 am to 10 am.
    Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment, but depends also on the number of persons.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating is not included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill has to be settled 60 days prior to the arrival or at the booking.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The apartment is located at the first floor elevated by a stairway of 9 steps. No lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are quiet, private, romantic rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided, weekly change.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There is no terrace, but each room has windows with a beautiful view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    There is no balcony, but each room has windows with a beautiful view.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there are non smoking rooms.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes there is a tv with satellite.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    On request the owner provides a cell phone or the normal telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning. The extra charge for this is included in the heading "heating".
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes there is a spacious dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Not in the property, but there are several internet points nearby the apartment.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Public Parking is not a problem around the property, in addition there are several private parkings nearby, ask the owner for a detailed list.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are several car rentals nearby, ask the owner for a detailed list.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence. It is at 7 km from the apartment.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, the best way to reach the apartment is to take a taxi (20 minutes).
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus stop is in front of the apartment. Bus nr. 23, bus stop, ponte alle grazie.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella (1 km).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are several fantastic restaurants at your doorstep.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, on request.
