Whilst there were two bathrooms only one shower could be used at any one time. due to the proximity to a busy road it tended to be noisy late afternoon and in the morning.

The road out the front is very busy and noisy in peak times.

This is an apartment that could easily handle two families of 4 people each with a better hot water service. It is spacious, well appointed and very well located within Florence. It is like a home away from home and could be used for an extended stay. We would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again.

The person who greeted us was very polite and
explained things about the apartment to us.

The location is great, within walking distance
to everything central in Florence.

Our contact made the appointment with the cab
company to pick us up in the early morning
hours. Easing our minds as to whether they
understood us had we made the reservation in
English.

If you choose to cook at the apartment, there
is a very nice grocery store within 3 blocks
of the location.

Overall, we were very impressed with the
apartment and the condition of it. It's a
grand old building that is in wonderful
condition.

We Had a pleasant stay, and it was an excellent location for touring Florence. Valeria was very helpful. The traffic noise it the bedroom was the only negative part of our stay.
