  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    No, it is not.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, when you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and a little bit German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors in the building, you have 30 stairs until the first floor, then there is an elevator lift until the third floor.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, the apartment Mela and the apartment Limone are quiet and very romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The apartment Melograno on the 4th floor has a terrace with a view of the Palazzo Vecchio (Old Palace).
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, but all the apartments have windows and are very luminous.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, all our apartments are non smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the apartments have a TV with local channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Only apartment Mela don't has air-conditioning. There is an extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    All the apartments have its private dining-room with kitchen where you can cook and diner.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we have not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    You can't park in the pedestrian area but you have private garages nearby (at the station Santa Maria Novella, in via Ghibellina, at the Duomo).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the railway station or at the Florence's airport.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The Amerigo Vespucci Airport of Florence is at 5 km distance, and Galileo Galilei Airport of Pisa is about 100 km of Florence city centre.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but the shuttle from the airport will leave you at the Florence Central Station, from there you can take the bus line A that will leave you in Via Orsanmichele near of Via Condotta.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is the Line A (bus stop in Via Orsanmichele) and the line 23 and 14 (bus stop at the Duomo), other bus lines stop in Via Martelli.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    There is Santa Maria Novella railway station, Florence main Station.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are many good trattorias and restaurants nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, some apartments have ADSL connection.
