• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not served because the apartments are fully equipped.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms situated on the top floor which have superb views of Giotto's tower bell.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, two of our apartments do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each of our apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each of our apartments has a large living room where guests can eat.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not directly in Borgo San Lorenzo but the nearest parking (S.Lorenzo central market) is at 200 metres far form the apartments.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "A. Vespucci" (Peretola) airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via dei Cerretani, 50 metres far from the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are dining facilities for all tastes nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
