How to reach "S. Lorenzo" apartments:
Coming by air:
From "A. Vespucci" airport there is a direct shuttle bus service called "Vola in bus" which will take you up to S.Maria Novella Railway Station. Once there follow as below.
Coming by train:
From Santa Maria Novella railway station take bus number 7 or 10 towards Fiesole and get off in Via Cerretani.
Take Borgo San Lorenzo (you will have Duomo Square on your right) and walk straight on for 50 metres. You will find "Sleeping in Florence Apartments" at number 13.
Coming by car:
- From North Italy exit at "Firenze Nord" and then follow the signs for the city-centre/Santa Maria Novella railway station.
- From South Italy exit at "Firenze Sud" and then follow the signs for the city-centre/Santa Maria Novella railway station.
Once at the railway station turn left into Via Nazionale and after continuing along this road for about 100 metres, turn left into Via Guelfa. After about 70 metres you turn right into Via Panicale, the take the first on the left (Via Taddea) and the right into Via Rosina. It is just another 30 metres before you turn left and into the Piazza del Mercati Centrale. You can park you car under the Central Market. From there you can reach the apartments walking towards San Lorenzo Church.Once there turn right into Borgo San Lorenzo. You will find the apartments at number 13 on the right hand-side.

Coming by air:

Egidio. You will find via della Pergola on the right hand side and our apartments at number 63 (Donati-Poggi on the bell).

From Santa Maria Novella railway station take bus number 14 or 23 up to via S. Egidio. You will find via della Pergola on the right hand side and our apartments at number 63 (Donati-Poggi on the bell).
Coming by car:
- From North Italy exit at "Firenze Nord" and then approach the city by following signs Viali della Circonvallazione.
- From South Italy exit at "Firenze Sud" and then then approach the city by following signs Viali della Circonvallazione.
Drive along the three-lined avenue until you reach Piazza Donatello. Turn left around the square, turn right on Via Alfieri, and following signs S.Maria Nuova Hospital you will reach via della Pergola. The apartments are at number 63. |
