• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11.30am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill upon arrival if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English Italian, Greek, Philippine are spoken at the reception desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are some quiet and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a plasma tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air condition in all the rooms, there is no extra charge, it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking nearby with extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Florence or Pisa airports or in the city centre. The rental offices in Via Borgo Ognissanti or in Via Maso Finiguerra are the nearest ones.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Florence airport is the closest airport but also Pisa airport is well connected to Florence by public transports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Right outside our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the nearest railway station, 500 meters only.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
